Fleet And Contact-Led Billing

What Fleet means today

Fleet is handled as a contact or support-led plan for larger operations. It is positioned as a higher-touch rollout rather than a fully self-serve team-collaboration product.

Why some users cannot self-serve every plan

Some tiers are intentionally hidden from normal checkout because they depend on rollout help, support coordination, or non-standard account setup.

Billing Problems

What to check first

  • Whether the app is running in an environment with Stripe configured.
  • Whether the user is on the expected plan, trial, or expired state.
  • Whether the issue is tied to a contact-led plan rather than self-serve checkout.

When to contact support

Send users to support when billing state looks wrong, checkout does not match the plan they expect, or multiple accounts are showing the same billing failure.
